Single, American lawyer seeks two-bedroom UNFURNISHED (non meuble) apartment for maximum 1.200 EUR (plus charges) in Ste. Catherine, St. Gery or the Sablon, preferably on a side street, with easy access by Metro or foot to Rue de la Loi. I am responsible, clean and quiet and own two cats. I work quite a lot and travel frequently. I prefer a small side street and a washing machine either in the building or, even better, in the apartment. I am looking to start my lease on December 1, though I am somewhat flexible, as my belongings are being shipped by sea, and the delivery date will likely be in mid- to late- December.

I have a very lovely large, bright studio apartment in the upscale area of Forest Hills Gardens that I would like to swap for Brussels space. I am just a tad over one block to the subway and it is only 17 minutes -- 4 express stops -- to heart of Manhattan (non rush). The apartment features a woodburning fireplace, piano, new kitchen and bath, tv, all linens etc...

Want to take trip anywhere in Europe over Christmas/New Years. Dates are flexible and so is destination.

I live in downtown LA, not close to beaches but not that far from Hollywood, freeways are nearby and so is train which goes to Hwd and Universal City. Downtown has it's own interesting scene, esp New Years.
I have a studio, nothing fancy but it's clean and a refurbished building with 24hr security.
